Central Philippine Union Conference (CPUC) is a religious corporation owned and operated by the Seventh-day Adventist Church and is duly registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission. It is designated as the headquarters for the whole of Visayas islands comprising Regions VI, VII, VIII and part of Region IV and V. CPUC’s role is to oversee operations of the local conferences/ missions and other subsidiary healthcare and educational institutions under its territorial jurisdiction.


To equip the members of Central Philippine Union Conference of the Seventh-day Adventist Church with skills in witnessing, discipleship, fellowship, entrepreneurship and leadership; thus enabling them to share the message of salvation by faith in Jesus Christ; thereby preparing them, and the people with whom they have labored, for the Lord’s return.


Central Philippine Union Conference regards the fulfillment of God’s plan in the restoration of all His creation to be in one accord with His divine will and righteousness.


Seventh-day Adventists accept the Bible as the only source of our beliefs. We consider our movement to be the result of the Protestant conviction Sola Scriptura—the Bible as the only standard of faith and practice for Christians.

Currently, Adventists hold 28 fundamental beliefs that can be organized into six categories—the doctrines of God, man, salvation, the church, the Christian life and last day events.
